Gary Smith, CEO & President
Gary has 27 years of R&D experience at Kraft Foods, earning 25 granted patents, most of which were commercialized, and earning dozens of awards, including the "Lifetime Achievement" award. He started SolutionSmith LLC in 2015 and has provided consulting services to a number of high profile organizations since.
Alex Smith, R&D Consultant
As part of SolutionSmith, Alex has developed award winning new products for multiple clients. He has assisted in the creation of new manufacturing processes and improved existing ones. He most recently worked for Bimbo Bakeries USA specializing in production management, operations efficiency, and cost optimization. He has also worked for PepsiCo in an R&D role He has a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
